1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linkura (“the Service”), operated by Linkura (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and available at https://linkura.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Linkura is a job discovery platform that helps users find job listings from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and company career pages. The Service provides:

• Search and discovery of public job listings from third-party hiring platforms.
• An ATS CV Maker for building and exporting resumes optimized for applicant tracking systems.
• Job saving, search history, and personalization features.
• Paid subscription plans with enhanced search and CV features.

Linkura aggregates and links to publicly available job postings. We do not host, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any job listing, nor do we have any relationship with the employers or hiring platforms whose listings we index.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access the Service through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information, are used for unauthorized purposes, or violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment

5.1 Paid Plans

Linkura offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and pricing for each plan are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Linkura does not store full credit card numbers.

5.3 Subscription Terms

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are not provided for partial months of usage.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond what is reasonably necessary for personal job-search use.
• Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to disable any usage limits, rate limiting, or security features.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• Use the Service for spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or fraudulent activity.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to create accounts or submit excessive search queries.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, and branding (“Linkura IP”), is owned by Linkura and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Linkura IP without prior written consent.

Job listings displayed on the Service are the property of their respective employers or hiring platforms. Linkura claims no ownership over third-party job listings.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including ATS platforms, company career pages, and external job application portals. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Job listings may become unavailable or change without notice.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party job postings.
• Your interactions with employers, hiring platforms, and other third parties are solely between you and them.
• We are not a party to any employment or contractual relationship that may arise from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINKURA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job listings, search results, or CV content generated by the Service.
• Warranties that defects or errors will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINKURA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Costs of procurement of substitute services.
• Damages arising from hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or reliance on job listing information.
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Linkura in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Euros (€100). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linkura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• Your account data, saved jobs, and search history may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any outstanding payment obligations will survive termination.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13) shall continue in effect.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option within the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.
• Jurisdiction: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algeria.

14. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkura regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at our sole discretion.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
