  • Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting support or communicating with us.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interactions with the Service.
  • Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, access times, and device identifiers.

    • Search Providers — Third-party search APIs used to discover public job listings from ATS platforms and company career pages.
    • Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics to help us improve the Service.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.

Search history and saved jobs are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual items or request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

  • Secure authentication via Supabase with industry-standard hashing and salting of credentials.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your data.
